What does an IT Support Specialist do?

An IT Support Specialist is a facilitator that support businesses and users with various technical services. Some of the important responsibilities are: Troubleshooting and problem solving, Maintaining and updating Hardware/Software, User Assistance and Training, Security, Documentation and Reporting, collaborating with IT teams, and Research and Recommendations.

Will I get a job?

IT Support Specialists are crucial to businesses. There are thousands of job openings every year in the market. Believe in yourself, invest time and effort, and never stand back until you crack your interview. We will prepare you with required technical skills, and interview mockups.

What is the class schedule?

We offer dedicated instructor-led class every Sunday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (PST). However, you will receive additional tasks, learning resources throughout the week.

If needed, we will provide scheduled help sessions through the week.
